Portia is a midi dress with a high collar, puffed shoulders, empire waist, side-seam pockets, and opalescent shell buttons behind a hidden placket. She has a tiered, full a-line skirt and is made of washable, 100% cotton Broderie Anglaise.  Just try to put her on without twirling around.  She comes with a sweet voile slip, also 100% cotton, in a milky white.  Wear them together; wear the dress open as a duster; wear the slip with your favorite chunky cardigan.
